Avery Fisher

Avery Fisher(she/her) is a purpose-driven teen enacting change in her local community. While Avery balances being a high school student and varsity volleyball athlete, she is an environmental activist with a strong passion for protecting our oceans. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, Avery is a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) AmbassaDiver and Youth Ambassador for Aquarium of the Bay. She took her diving to impressive depths on November 11, 2023 when she broke a Guinness World Record for most magic tricks underwater in three minutes(https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/most-magic-tricks-underwater-in-three-minutes). Striving to make environmental advocacy feel less intimidating and more accessible to her Gen Z peers, Avery has raised over half a million dollars for marine conservation so far.
