Dubbed “the Marie Kondo of Brains” by The New York Times, Catherine Price (she/her) is an award-winning health and science journalist and speaker, with a special focus on how to live more fully in the age of distraction. She is the founder of Screen/Life Balance and bestselling author of eight books, including How to Break Up with Your Phone, The Power of Fun: How to Feel Alive Again, and Vitamania: How Vitamins Revolutionized the Way We Think About Food.
